123bingo Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

To register and maintain an active 123bingo account, you must satisfy ALL of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and during the entire duration of your account activity.
• You are a natural person — corporate entities, organizations, bots, and automated systems are not permitted to hold 123bingo player accounts.
• You are physically located within the Republic of the Philippines when accessing and using the 123bingo platform.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, court order, or legal prohibition preventing you from gambling.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of 123bingo, its parent company, affiliates, or game providers.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law.

123bingo reserves the right to request age and identity verification documentation at any time, including at the point of registration, prior to or during any withdrawal request, and during the normal course of account review. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within 72 hours of a request may result in account restriction.

Each natural person is permitted to hold exactly one (1) 123bingo account. Opening, operating, or having knowledge of multiple accounts for the same person ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all funds held therein, including any withdrawal requests already in process.

When registering your 123bingo account, you agree and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number — is accurate, complete, and truthful.
• You will promptly update your account information if any details change, particularly your registered mobile number linked to GCash or Maya payment accounts.
• You will create a strong, unique password for your 123bingo account that you do not use for any other online platform.
• You will maintain the strict confidentiality of your login credentials and will not share them with any third party.
• You accept that all activity conducted under your account credentials is your sole legal responsibility, regardless of whether or not you personally authorized each individual transaction or gaming session.

In compliance with PAGCOR regulatory requirements and the Republic Act 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended, 123bingo conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification may also be triggered during account reviews for responsible gaming compliance or fraud prevention purposes.

Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents for KYC include:

• Philippine Passport (valid or expired within 5 years)
• UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose ID)
• Driver's License issued by LTO
• Voter's ID issued by COMELEC
• SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Pag-IBIG ID
• PhilSys National ID
• Senior Citizen's ID (with additional age verification)

Submitted identification documents must be clear, unobstructed, and clearly display your full legal name and date of birth. 123bingo reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation — including proof of address or proof of payment method — in cases where identity cannot be sufficiently verified from the primary document submitted.

123bingo handles all KYC documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173). KYC documents are not stored beyond the period required by applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

All deposits and transactions at 123bingo are denominated and processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The platform does not charge fees for standard deposit transactions; however, individual payment providers (GCash, BPI, BDO, etc.) may apply their own transaction fees subject to their respective terms of service, which are outside 123bingo's control.

Deposits made using payment methods not registered in the account holder's name will be declined and refunded. Third-party payments — deposits funded from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited at 123bingo and may trigger an account review or suspension.

123bingo reserves the right to reverse any deposit that is found to have been made fraudulently, via a disputed transaction, or through a compromised payment instrument. In such cases, any associated gameplay winnings may also be voided pending investigation.

Players may request withdrawals of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal request can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Requests below this threshold will be declined.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. Where this is not possible, 123bingo may request additional verification to authorize an alternative withdrawal channel.
• Any active bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of a withdrawal request will be forfeited automatically upon processing of the withdrawal.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes during operating hours (8 AM–10 PM PHT). Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Maximum single-day withdrawal limits vary by account VIP tier. Players may review their current limits in Account Settings.

123bingo reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending an identity verification review, a responsible gaming assessment, or an investigation into suspected fraudulent, bonus-abusive, or money-laundering activity. Any such delay will be communicated to the player promptly, with a reason and expected resolution timeline provided where permissible under applicable law.

123bingo may offer various promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time, including welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published for each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are valid for Philippine-based players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement — the total amount of eligible wagers that must be placed before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in each promotion. Unused bonus funds expire upon reaching the stated deadline.
• A maximum of one (1) active welcome bonus per household, device, or IP address is permitted.
• Certain games — including most live dealer table games — may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate to bonus wagering requirements. The applicable contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk (such as betting on both sides of a table game to clear a bonus), placing bets that do not comply with game minimum betting requirements during a bonus, or coordinated bonus harvesting between multiple accounts, will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• 123bingo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not retroactively apply to bonus funds already credited to active accounts.

All games offered at 123bingo operate under specific rules published within each game interface. By placing a bet on any game at 123bingo, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable game rules. General gaming conduct rules include:

• Bets placed at 123bingo are final and binding once confirmed by the system. 123bingo cannot cancel or reverse a bet once it has been accepted and confirmed.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or error — including software errors, live feed interruptions in live dealer games, or network disconnections — 123bingo reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. Winnings generated from a demonstrably malfunctioning game state may be withheld pending review.
• All RNG-based games at 123bingo use independently certified random number generators. The outcomes of these games cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by any party, including 123bingo itself.
• Live dealer game results are determined by real physical equipment — cards, wheels, and dice — operated by certified dealers in licensed broadcast studios. Results are not RNG-generated and are final once the round completes.
• Sports betting odds at 123bingo are locked at the time the bet is confirmed. Market price changes after confirmation do not affect an accepted bet's odds.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 123bingo platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Detection of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds including pending withdrawals, and may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any point during account activity.
• Registering or maintaining more than one account under the same or different personal details.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or AI software to interact with any 123bingo game or platform feature.
• Any form of cheating, collusion, or match-fixing in connection with games or sports betting events offered on the platform.
• Money laundering or using the 123bingo platform for any transaction that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act (RA 9160) or related Philippine statutes.
• Accessing the platform via a VPN, proxy, or geolocation-spoofing service to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from knowingly exploited errors are null and void.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 123bingo support staff, live casino dealers, or other players via any platform chat feature.
• Attempting to sell, transfer, or assign your 123bingo account or account balance to another person.

123bingo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation when requested.
• Detection of, or reasonable suspicion of, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or money laundering.
• A directive or instruction from PAGCOR or another competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• A player-initiated self-exclusion request made through the Responsible Gaming section of the account settings.
• An account that has been dormant (no login activity) for a period exceeding 24 consecutive months.

Where an account is closed due to a player's violation of these Terms, all remaining balance — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited at 123bingo's sole discretion. Where an account is closed for administrative or regulatory reasons not attributable to the player's misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following the completion of any outstanding investigations or regulatory holds.

123bingo is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. Gambling is a form of entertainment — it should never be a source of financial hardship or emotional distress. In accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming directives, 123bingo provides the following player protection tools, all accessible through Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, and monthly caps on the total amount deposited into your 123bingo account. Decreases to existing limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds over daily, weekly, or monthly periods. When the limit is reached, gaming is suspended for the remainder of the applicable period.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure notifications to remind you of elapsed session time, prompting you to take a break from gameplay.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily block access to your 123bingo account for a defined period — options range from 7 days to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon activation and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.

By registering a 123bingo account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference.

Personal data collected by 123bingo is used exclusively for: account management, payment processing, KYC and AML compliance, customer support, responsible gaming monitoring, and marketing communications where separately consented to by the player. 123bingo does not sell personal data to third parties.

All content on the 123bingo platform — including but not limited to: the 123bingo brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and all associated trademarks and trade dress — is the exclusive intellectual property of 123bingo and its licensors. No content from the 123bingo platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or exploited for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without the prior written consent of 123bingo.

Game titles, logos, and associated content provided by third-party game providers (including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, BTG, and Hacksaw Gaming) remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used by 123bingo under license.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 123bingo's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from or related to the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that player into their 123bingo account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

123bingo shall not be liable — under any legal theory, including contract, tort, or strict liability — for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.
• Loss of gaming opportunities, expected winnings, or profits resulting from platform downtime, technical failures, or service interruptions.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or telecommunications providers outside 123bingo's direct control.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their own account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 123bingo's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or relating to these Terms, the 123bingo platform, or the relationship between 123bingo and any player shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players agree to submit to personal jurisdiction in the Philippines for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

PAGCOR retains supervisory jurisdiction over 123bingo's operations in the Philippines. Complaints regarding platform conduct may be escalated to PAGCOR through official PAGCOR regulatory channels if not resolved satisfactorily through 123bingo's internal dispute resolution process.

123bingo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — affecting player rights, bonus conditions, or payment terms — 123bingo will provide a minimum of 14 days' advance notice by:

• Displaying a prominent notice on the 123bingo homepage and login page.
• Sending a notification to the registered email address of all active account holders.

Your continued use of the 123bingo platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use of the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance before the effective date of the changes.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not materially alter the substance of any provision, or additions required by PAGCOR regulatory updates — may be made without advance notice and take effect upon publication.
